I've had a set of envirosax bags for 10-plus years. I decided it was time to buy some new ones and it came as quite a shock when they arrived that they've changed the design for the worse. The handles are shorter so they can't go over the shoulder comfortably. The dimensions are bit different, they seem narrower than before. And they are much more difficult to roll up and get the snap thingy fastened, which is really challenging since I have arthritis. Trying to arrange a return.

I have been a very happy envirosax customer for over a decade. The recent bags i bought don't fold easily and the popper broke within a couple of weeks. I emailed them about this and have heard nothing. Very disappointed
