I am sorry but this is not a review but I do not know how else to get a response from you! I emailed you on the 7 June but had no response from you. I recently bought the Envirosax bag but unfortunately it is not what I expected. Please allow me to explain – a friend of mine bought this type of bag for me as a gift so I wanted to get another one, but the size I ordered from you is different from the one my friend got me - the shoulder handle is thinner and longer and the size of the bag is larger. I wanted the longer handle to get it over my shoulders comfortably. When I ordered placed the order, I assumed that it would be the same size but when I received it, it is smaller. How can I return the items and get the larger one please?
